About Us
The Collective Yoga & Ayurveda Studio is based in Waterford city center, we host Wellness days , yoga classes , Breathwork & Cacao , Rapeh plant medicine ceremonies. We have teachers & facilitators of all disciplines to suit all from beginner to advanced.

Our teachers are carefully selected and are as skilled at Yoga as they are wonderfully welcoming and professional in the delivery of their classes.
Sheila Owner of the Collective
Sheilas love for Yoga & Ayurveda started in 2014 after her stint in London and burnt out from City Life . Yoga brought her back to her breath and opened her heart so she could find herself again.
I started my trainings in November 2014 , with my teacher Mr Mas Vidal in Los Angeles California , here I trained and surrendered to the healing that happens when one goes deeper into Yoga and Ayurveda. Yoga & Ayurveda are sister sciences and together form a complete approach for optimal health , vitality and higher awareness. Sheila works with clients through methods of diet , herbs , asana , pranayama and meditation to bring about small gradual changes for a healthier lifestyle routine
A qualified counseller of these sister traditions with a practical approach of Ayurveda natural wisdom principles. Sheila also spent time in India training in the art of Panchakarma ( clinical treatment ) for detoxifying the body and restoring health.
She hopes to have a Panchakarma therapy room set up soon at The Collective . Over the course of the next few years Sheila will invite doctors of Ayurveda and international teachers she has met along her journey to come share their knowledge at the Collective studio in Waterford.
