Connecting breath with pose in a series of flowing sequences of movement to strengthen and stretch the whole body.
The class will be open level, giving lots of options, meaning beginners and experienced yogis side by side will both be able build on strength, flexibility and balance in a fun yet challenging flow.
A fun, creative and authentic practice designed to allow the student to walk away from the class feeling physically and mindfully rejuvenated and balanced.
