Join Ginni for a gentle and nurturing Hatha Yoga practice for the body, mind and soul. This class is for beginner’s and also a suitable additional class to the beginners class on Tuesday. If you’re new to Yoga and are curious to learn then sign up to this new group for a wonderful 6 week course or on a drop in basis.
