Meet Virginia , taking now 2 beginner classes weekly at the Collective. Ginni has the most natural calming way about her , perfect for beginners , reconnect the mind and come back to the breath. Yoga is so much more than the body .
This group is now open for those new to yoga , or coming back to the mat after a long break , injury or illness.
We will go through a series of postures week by week , adding as we go , learning breathing techniques also.
Accompanied by beautiful music , gentle heat, essential oils and plenty of care in a safe space to feel into your body and where your at emotionally and physically.
