An evening Beginners Class…suitable for complete beginners or anyone who’s been away for some time, who would like to return to regular Yoga practice.
Adrienne will focus on alignment, breathing, postures, props and mindfulness.
It is recommended to practice at least weekly! There are so many benefits to a regular yoga practice, a regular yoga practice can improve your wellbeing and lifestyle by reducing stress and anxiety and creating a healthier you, both physically, emotionally and energetically.
No experience is necessary, all props and mats provided.
