Beginners Yoga

An evening Beginners Class…suitable for complete beginners or anyone who’s been away for some time, who would like to return to ┬áregular Yoga practice.

Adrienne will focus on alignment, breathing, postures, props and mindfulness.

It is recommended to practice at least weekly! There are so many benefits to a regular yoga practice, a regular yoga practice can improve your wellbeing and lifestyle by reducing stress and anxiety and creating a healthier you, both physically, emotionally and energetically.

No experience is necessary, all props and mats provided.
