In this slow paced class with Raissa, the student is encouraged to study their senses closely throughout the practice, to connect with their child-like curiosity in a attempt to bridge the perceived gap between their mind & bodies. With the steady expansion of our awareness, we hopefully gather tools to more healthily and peacefully navigate life off the mat.
For that, I aim to brings together the flow and mobility of the classical postures of Hatha Yoga with the breath work, chanting and other potent techniques from Kundalini Yoga.
