Yuvi teaches in Kilkenny and will be joining us  Sunday 30th at The Collective for an intro to Kundalini evening. I invite you to gift yourself this time to dive deep into self healing activation.

• Kriyas & Postures
• Relaxation and a Meditation
• Music & Mantra

You do not need kundalini experience to attend the workshop , all are welcome to join and learn.

Yuvi is a passionate teacher and kundalini has helped him overcome many personal challenges in life .

Kundalini energies the chakras , improves mental , emotional and spiritual wellbeing whilst keeping the spine strong .The only way to experience true holistic healing is to take action and participate in immersions such as this .
