Saturday – 09.30 am (60 min)
Asana consisting of physical postures and movements to release tension , remove toxins and prepare the mind to slow down for meditation .
We will practice pranayama , extra prana or energy necessary to achieve our goals and accomplish significance in life. There are breathing exercises that develop the life force in order to promote energy , awaken the mind and cleanse the body .
Asana puts the body in a state of balance so that we can work on our prana through pranayama.
A complete practice finishing with Shavasana and short meditiation.
