A restorative practice that combines supported poses with conscious breath , relaxation & techniques to still and calm the mind and body.
When the body is supported with yoga props such as bolsters , blocks and blankets the body , mind , spirit are given the message to let go of any deeply held tension.
This is a wonderful full morning practice for new mums as they navigate the postpartum period and learn to get back in touch with their bodies after sharing them with their babies for 37 -40 weeks.
€30 for the day including a delicious smoothie after practice.
