Restorative Yoga Workshop

A beautiful restorative Morning with Adrienne. Join other new mums for this blissful workshop on Saturday the 11th where you will learn to get back in touch with your body after sharing it for a 40 week or less pregnancy term.
Adrienne will help you explore deep relaxing restorative poses, breathing techniques for calm & the importance of pelvic floor health . Connect with other new mums in the community and enjoy some herbal teas after in our fabulous studio space .
