Pre natal Yoga is back for a New September round, this class deepens the connection with your body and baby through the use of your breath. Pregnancy Yoga can help you sleep better , improve circulation and reduce anxiety and stress.
Adrienne has been taking these groups for years and loves to help mothers to be enjoy this special time preparing for a conscious birth experience. Mothers -to – be can become empowered and build strength but also learning to soften and “let go” when the time comes.
A truly wonderful group to join . This is recommended to be taken as a course over the duration of your pregnancy but of course as we know life is busy and you may miss a week or 2 so drop in is available .
