Yin Sunday

Sunday’s – 11.00 am- 12.30

 

The practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.

Connective tissue is the focus — While most yoga practices will stretch and strengthen the muscles, yin yoga is going to bring the stretch into deeper connective tissue.

Yin is on every second week in rotation with Mags and Restorative on the other Sundays .
